Auction Terms

It is the Bidder's responsibility to determine condition, age, genuineness, value or any other determinative factor. (TABAS) may attempt to describe the merchandise in advertising, on the Internet and in the auction catalog, but makes no representations. In no event shall (TABAS) be held responsible for having made or implied any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. Bidder shall be the sole judge of value.

Shipping

Most of the items that we auction are small collectible items,coins, stamps, tokens, trading cards, etc. We charge a flat shipping rate of $3.00 per small item, and $1.00 each additional small item. Insurance charge of $2.00 is automatically added to any purchase over $50.00. Items that are larger will have shipping information included in item description. Action figures usually ship for 1 pound, with additional figures $2 each. Large Die-Cast cars usually ship for 2-3 pounds. We will combine shipping whenever possible.

Returns

In the event of accidental gross misrepresentation of merchandise, PahrumpAuction will accept returns that are promptly returned to us in the same condition as received.

Payment

After we calculate shipping charges, we will email an invoice and charge your credit card on file with Proxibid.
